<description>Васил Попвасилев&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Здравей Bulway,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Честит 10 ноември, както забелязахте, тук се шуми около юбилейната годишнина, но повече се набляга на „другата” Източна Европа, която по-рязко се дистанцира от комунизма.&amp;nbsp; За българския 10 ноември – почти нищо.&amp;nbsp; От интервюта, снимки и видео излиза картина на не дотам светло минало.&amp;nbsp; Наблягат на телени мрежи, стени, забрани, ДС, подслушване и шпиониране.&amp;nbsp; Студена война, ракети, бункери и т.н.&amp;nbsp; Глобален поглед.&amp;nbsp; Някои пък жалят за отминалото ГДР (и как не, „горкото” галено дете, витрината на социализма, примамка за&amp;nbsp; колебливите леви, грижливо пазена от 24 съветски дивизии).&amp;nbsp; Много млади, запитани какво знаят, вдигат рамене.&amp;nbsp; Този урок го били учили отдавна, чак в 8-ми клас и не помнят.</description>

<description>1. Baked apples with vanilla syrupIngredients: 8-10 eq. sized apples, 1/3 cupful walnut kernels, 3/2 cupful sugar, vanilla, cinnamon according to taste, 50g butter. Directions: Peel and carefully hollow the apples. Prepare a stuffing from the beaten butter, 3/4 cupful of sugar, crushed walnut kernels and cinnamon. Stuff the apples and place in a lined dish, pour over 1-2 spoonful of water and bake in a moderate oven. Serve cold, sweetened with syrup made from cupful of sugar, 1 cupful of water and vanilla. The same recipe may be used for quinces and pears. </description>

<description>1. Lamb drob syrmaIngredients: 1kg lamb caul, 2 eggs, 1/2 cupful rice, 2 bunches of spring o&amp;shy;nions, 1 cupful yoghurt, mint, pepper, 100g butter, salt. Directions: Boil the lamb pluck in salt water and cut into pieces. Fry the finely chopped o&amp;shy;nions in butter and some water. Add the rice, pluck, pepper and mint. Add 2 cupfuls of the lamb stock and boil some 20min. Soak the caul in cold water, cut into pieces and fill with the mixture. Arrange in a tray and bake in a moderate oven. When nearly ready, pour over the eggs beaten in yoghurt and bake for another 10-15 min. The dish can also be prepared without caul wrapping.</description>
